Issue
- In a PaaS service's LCP.json file, we recently increased the "memory" setting and successfully deployed this modification.
- However, on the Cloud console's Monitoring page, the Memory tab for the service still shows the previous allocation. Why doesn't it show the new figure?
Resolution
- This is intended behavior. The value shown on the Memory tab is an average over the selected time interval (one month by default). When memory settings have changed during the selected interval, the viewed window also includes times when this setting was lower.
- If you change the date interval to only specify a time frame that includes the new memory allocation (or wait until this applies to the default interval), the tab shows the new figure.
