Issue

  • How to clear the data folder of Glowroot in Liferay PaaS.

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4
  • Liferay PaaS

Resolution

  • To clear the data folder through the Glowroot UI. Follow the below steps:
    1. Visit the site and log in.
    2. Append /o/glowroot to the end of the site’s URL. For example, if the site’s URL is   https://webserver-acme-dev.lfr.cloud, navigate to https://webserver-acme-dev.lfr.cloud/o/glowroot.
    3. Now, navigate to settings on the top right corner, then click on 'Administration' > 'Storage'.
    4. On the extreme end, you will be able to see the 'Delete all data' option.
