Resolution

  • Follow the steps to achieve this requirement:
  1. Navigate to the Control Panel > Users > Roles and create a role say- 'Management'
  2. Navigate to Control Panel > Users and Organisations. Then click on the add button to create a new user.

  4. Inside the 'Role' section, add the regular role created in the step 1.
  5. Now navigate to the Site Menu > Content & Data > Documents and Media and create 2 folders say- test folder 2, management folder.
  6. Remove the permission to 'view' and 'Access' of the 'test folder' and give 'view' and 'Access' permission to the 'management folder'.
