Issue
- Is there any way to ensure that a user's screen name maintains the same capitalization that is present in the AD (Active Directory) when the user is imported into Liferay?
Resolution
- In DXP, there is no out-of-the-box functionality to support capital letters in user screen names.
As a result, there is no setting to ensure that uppercase letters in a user's screen name are reassigned.
