Orders Menu Reference Guide
You can view and manage orders as an administrator from the Orders menu. To access it, open the Global Menu ( ) → Commerce → Orders.
) → Commerce → Orders.

The Orders table displays the following information for each entry:
- 
Order Information: Order ID, Account Name, Account Number, Channel, Amount, Order Date, Order Status, and Acceptance Workflow Status. 
- 
Actions: Click Actions (  ) to view or delete the order. ) to view or delete the order.Alternatively, click the Order ID to view and manage the order. 
You can also take the following actions:
- 
Bulk Delete Orders: Select multiple orders and click Delete from the actions toolbar.  
- 
Liferay DXP 2025.Q2+ Filter and Search: Use the Filter button to narrow results by account, channel, order date range, or order status. Use the Search bar to find specific orders.

Sort by Date: Click (  ) in the Order Date column to sort the table. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. ) in the Order Date column to sort the table. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
