Purchasing AI Hub

AI Hub is sold through the Products catalog in Marketplace. Purchasing begins when you submit an order. Liferay then sends an order form for signature, and provisioning starts once Liferay processes the signed form.

Existing Liferay DXP customers can purchase AI Hub through Marketplace. If you’re not a Liferay DXP customer, contact sales to purchase it.

Choosing a Plan

The plans differ in the agents, capacity, and controls they include:

Important

Currently, the Studio plan is not available.

Log into your Liferay account at marketplace.liferay.com.
Open the AI Hub product page.
Click Purchase for the plan you want or Contact sales to customize your plan.

Completing the Purchase

The purchase wizard has four steps: Account, Project Selection, Account Details, and Summary.

On the Account step, confirm that the account shown is the one you want to use.
On the Project Selection step, select the project to use for this purchase.
On the Account Details step, enter your personal and company information, as well as these specific AI Hub values:

AI Hub Account Name: Name the AI Hub account this purchase creates.

Administration Email: Enter the email address that receives AI Hub account management notices.
Review the Summary step and submit the order.

The subscription is billed under your existing payment agreement. No online payment is taken, and you can’t change the payment method.

After you submit, the Order Received page displays the order and its ID. Liferay sends an order form to your email through DocuSign. Review, sign, and return it to confirm the subscription.

If the message does not arrive, check your Spam or Promotions folder and then contact support@liferay.com.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your purchase from your Marketplace Customer Dashboard at any time.

Open the Customer Dashboard and click the My Products tab.
Click AI Hub.

While Liferay processes the signed order form, the product shows a Pending status under an Awaiting Signature banner. The AI Hub Details card shows the AI Hub Account Name, Administration Email, and AI Hub URL.

Once Liferay processes the signed form and provisioning completes, the status changes to Active and the AI Hub URL becomes available. From this point you can open AI Hub from the dashboard, monitor token usage, and buy more tokens.

Buying Liferay Tokens

AI Hub meters every operation in Liferay Tokens, which you must buy from the Customer Dashboard. For how AI Hub consumes them, see Tracking Usage and Token Costs.

Open Customer Dashboard, go to the My Products tab, and click AI Hub.
Click Buy Liferay Tokens.

This button appears only once the product status is Active.
On the Tokens Amount step, select a bundle and click Continue.

Bundles hold 5,000, 20,000, 50,000, or 200,000 Liferay Tokens. Liferay locks the per-token rate when you buy the bundle, so later rate changes don’t affect tokens you already own.
On the Payment Method step, click Continue.

Token purchases are paid by credit card, which Liferay processes through PayPal. There is no other payment method to choose from.
On the Summary step, check the selected tokens, your billing address, your account details, and the total. Accept the terms and click Buy Liferay Token.
